Albums

The album chart this week welcomes three new entries into the top 10, in fact more impressively all three albums now reside in the top three. The albums include Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross and Fat Joe -- but which order in the top three did they form? Claiming the top spot, with his album entitled Trilla, is Rick Ross, whilst Snoop Dogg is Ego Trippin' in the number two spot. Fat Joe fills the remaining position, with his curiously named The Elephant in the Room album, courtesy of Terror Squad. These three new entries force Webbie down to fourth and Jim Jones and Birdman both to slip four places.



Singles

The singles chart once again is dominated by the trio of Webbie, Lil' Phat and Lil' Boosie as they go Independent after twenty weeks on the chart. Flo Rida's massive track Low remains in number two position, after almost seven months on the chart. Rick Ross climbs four positions to six courtesy of Def Jam Records, whilst Kanye West's Flashing Lights are beginning to fade as he drops from six to nine. There are no new entries this week, and the top ten contains the same singles as last week, but in a slightly re-arranged order. When will the big two be forced down making way for a brand new number one? Hang on for next week and we'll let you know if any new single has managed to achieve this.
