The top five albums this week remain unchanged, with Rick Ross again emerging on top. There is a single new entry in the top ten, dropping in at the number seven slot, from Dark Lotus with the album entitled, The Opaque Brotherhood. Lupe Fiasco and Rocko follow in the shadows, with Jay-Z's American Gangster completing the top ten after an impressive 24 weeks on the chart.

It's a similar story in the singles chart as the top four positions remain identical to last week. Shawty Lo and Webbie exchange positions, at five and six respectively, followed by Plies who raises two places to this week's seven. Lupe's Superstar re-emerges into the top ten, at number nine from last week's 11 and for the third week in a row, Elevator remains in the basement of the top ten singles.
