C Murder Ordered Back To House Arrest

Corey "C-Murder" Miller has been ordered back into house arrest, following a recent appeal which was held on August 15th.
"Corey Miller is to be placed on complete home incarceration and is further ordered that he is not allowed to leave his residence at any time," the judge exclaimed. The condition is due to last until the retrial of C Murder's pending murder charges.
The Times-Picayune reported that everyone involved in the case should be handed a gag order.
Miller was accused on multiple occasions of violating his conditions and attempts to incarcerate the rapper have been consistant.
The appeal against the cease of the house arrest was sparked by the fact that the murder charges were still on-going.
"It was very clear that no one knew why this monitoring system was reporting these violations. There were discussions of electronic interference in that area that had nothing to do with the equipment of Mr. Miller."
No retrial date has been set as yet, and the long trials and tribulations remain on going, stemming from a murder charge in early 2002.
