Cassidys bail rejected

Barry ?cassidy? reese gave himeself up to philadelphia, pennsylvania authorities on june 17th and went on to be charged with homicide, conspiracy and weapons violations. Cassidy has been accused of a shooting incident involving three men following an argument of which one 22 year old man was shot in the back and killed. The remaining 2 men both suffered minor injuries. Police suspect cassidy was one of three men who shot up a car containing 3 allegedly unarmed men. The three men were taken to albert einstein medical center, where desmond hawkins, 22, was pronounced dead from a gunshot wound to the back. Police said that an argument was at the root of the shooting and that all of the men were acquainted with each other and that the dispute did not involve drugs.

The arrest warrant was issued on 8th june for cassidy. Cassidy's lawyer insists cassidy was not involved in the shooting. "the allegations are not true," cassidy?s lawyer michael giampietro told the philadelphia daily news. "the evidence will show he was not involved in the shooting." police are still on the lookout for abdul west and also another unidentified man in relation to this incident.

Cassidy is set to release his up and coming album I'm a hustla on june 28th.
