Wrestler pins Jay Z over pyramid sign
Posted on December 5, 2005
Wrestler Diamond Dallas Page is set to sue Roc-A-Fella owner Jay-Z after allegedly ripping of the wrestlers own sign. The sign now known as the 'Diamond Cutter' has been used recently by both and the wrestler feels that he originated it and Jay-Z copied it intentionally.
Claiming rights to the sign, Page apparently copyrighted the sign in 1996 and it has remained his trademark ever since during many events and shows.
The dimaond sign is now infamous for marketing Roc-A-Fella records but now this sign is being contested.
Roc-A-Fella records have yet to make a statement on this and the case continues.
